In an abundance of caution and in the best interest of our visitors and staff, we have temporarily closed to public visitation the museums and historical parks which are part of the Historical Resources Department of the Manatee County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office. The affected locations under this temporary closure include the Manatee County Agricultural Museum, Palmetto Historical Park, Florida Maritime Museum, and Manatee Village Historical Park. These closures will be in effect until further notice. We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 developments and look forward to re-opening to serve the public as soon as it is safe to do so.

Check out our new RESOURCES page under LEARN to find fun things to do for you and your family while we are closed.
