creative clay april 2019 pigs.png

Come hand build a one-of-a-kind pig from the simplest of pottery techniques. This is the perfect workshop for newbies to clay, its "sow" easy! Basic pinching, coiling, slab and decorative techniques will be taught and then you will fly away and get lost in clay. PAC has beautiful glaze colors on hand to paint our projects during this workshop as well. Pig will stay at the PAC for 7 - 10 days for drying and firing. We will let you know the pick up dates and times. Let’s make it a party…Feeling piggy? Bring a dish to share and your drink of choice and we will mix and mingle and nibble along our clay journey. A complimentary glass of wine will be served as well. And we’ll have a few fun raffle prizes – so bring your dollar bills!

Friday | April 12th | 6:30 - 8:30PM. Doors open at 6:00PM for mix and mingle. Clay workshop begins at 6:30PM.

$35 includes all supplies and a complimentary glass of wine. Cool raffle items too! A portion of workshop fees benefit the Manatee County Agricultural Museum and their community programs.

Thank you for your community support!
